Terms and Conditions for Online Course Purchases
1. Overview This website is operated by Ruby Invest AB, a company registered in Sweden with organization number 559432-7594. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Ruby Invest AB. By accessing or using our website and/or purchasing online courses from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
2. Course Purchases and Payment Authorization When you order an online course from us, your payment method is authorized at the time of booking. The amount is reserved, but not charged immediately. The reserved amount will be charged exactly six (6) days before the course start date.
If you book a course less than six (6) days before its start date, the payment will be charged immediately.
3. Eligibility and Use By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have obtained parental consent to use this site and purchase from us.
You may not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Any violation of these Terms will result in immediate termination of access to our services.
4. Course Access and Delivery Course access details will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Access is typically granted no later than the course start date, and usually within 24 hours of the final payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided is valid and monitored.
5. Right to Withdraw and Cancellation Policy You have the right to cancel your course order within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not started. If the course has begun and you have accessed the materials, the right to withdraw is waived.

6. Pricing and Modifications We reserve the right to change course prices, modify course content, or cancel offerings at any time. Prices may vary by currency or region. If a course is canceled by us, any payment made will be fully refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability We make no guarantees that your use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be handled in Swedish courts, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
